Project Description:

Pomroy Associates provided OPM services for the Town of Wellfleet for the renovation of the existing 10,680 Sq. Ft. police station. Renovations included a secure prisoner processing and detention area, better organized circulation, and updated technology throughout the building. This project also included the replacement of all mechanical systems, a new roof and exterior, and a small addition to the existing facility. The department was relocated to a temporary off-site facility while construction was underway.
