A Commercial and Residential Construction Project Manager, Clerk-of-the-Works and Construction Superintendent with over 30 years of experience.Possesses exceptional skills in document review, means and methods of construction, project oversight, hiring and management of manpower and trades, scheduling, supervising of subcontractors and successfully estimating and expediting materials and cost projections.

Charles is a detailed, creative, and driven manager with a diverse knowledge of real estate and extensive past experience in management. He possesses more than 20 years of project, asset, and portfolio management, with a proven ability to effectively manage tasks, personnel and projects to the desired outcome and the ability to successfully handle multiple job functions at any given time.

BRUCE C. HANNA

Project Manager/Clerk of the Works/Site Representative

Possesses more than thirty years of supervisory and managerial experience, primarily in the construction field, including project superintendent; project manager clerk of works, and general supervisory positions. Successfully managed many multi million dollar commercial,institutional, government, and residential projects. Responsible for all phases of construction and familiar with modern building techniques, including masonry, wood, and steel. Significant experience performing administrative functions such as budgetary analysis, client relationship management, and staffing supervision.

ALEXANDRA L. MURPHY

Alex’s work history encompasses a variety of responsibilities in facility management, event management, and capital project planning and oversight in public and private higher education institutions. Her analytical and superintendent strengths, combined with her detail-oriented approach to construction management, yields the perfect blend of experience for a construction project manager. Alex provides Pomroy Associates’ clients with timely and accurate project management services.

ANTHONY E. FONSECA

Assistant Project Manager

Anthony, who graduated from college in 2022, delivers a passion for designing and constructing buildings that are both beautiful and functional. He came to PA as an architecture major with a developed, keen eye for design, and a strong understanding of construction techniques and materials. Anthony supplies PA with a passion for overseeing the construction process at various locations and ensures that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Marketing and Administrative Manager

Molly brings versatility to Pomroy Associates due to her experience in multiple different fields. From her education background, she has extensive practice in management, where communication, collaboration, and leadership are essential. As a freelance photographer, Molly is highly personable and willingly adjusts to obstacles in scheduling or logistics, and eases tough situations with patience. Her creative approach to problem solving brings a flair to her work, as well as a comfortability in her relations with clients.
