Rick Pomroy

Principal + Project Manager

A management professional with over 30 years of combined experience in the architectural, construction, and financial industries. This experience, coupled with a strong work ethic and excellent management, communication, and leadership skills, has allowed Rick to represent numerous financial institutions, municipalities, and private entities (both locally and nationally) in their development and property management needs.

Taylor MacDonald

Partner + Project Manager

Taylor is driven professional with a proven knack for construction oversight and project management. His strong management background coupled with savvy construction sense allows him to represent the clients he serves with excellence and quality. Specializing in construction, project and property management of real estate development and operations.

Alex Murphy

Project Manager

Alex’s work history encompasses a variety of responsibilities in facility management, event management, and capital project planning and oversight in public and private higher education institutions. Her analytical and superintendent strengths, combined with her detail-oriented approach to construction management, yields the perfect blend of experience for a construction project manager. Alex provides Pomroy Associates’ clients with timely and accurate project management services.

Molly Pomroy

Marketing Manager + Asst. PM

Molly brings versatility to Pomroy Associates due to her experience in multiple different fields. From her education background, she has extensive practice in management, where communication, collaboration, and leadership are essential. As a freelance photographer, Molly is highly personable and willingly adjusts to obstacles in scheduling or logistics, and eases tough situations with patience. Her creative approach to problem solving brings a flair to her work, as well as a comfortability in her relations with clients.

Neal Provost

Project Manager + Clerk-of-the-works

Neal is a commercial and residential construction manager, an experienced clerk-of-the-works, and a construction superintendent with over 30 years of knowledge. He possesses exceptional skills in document review, methods of construction, project oversight, the management of manpower, scheduling, supervising of subcontractors, and successfully estimating/expediting materials and cost projections.

Anthony Fonseca

Assistant Project Manager

Anthony, who graduated from college in 2022, delivers a passion for designing and constructing buildings that are both beautiful and functional. He came to PA as an architecture major with a developed, keen eye for design, and a strong understanding of construction techniques and materials. Anthony supplies PA with a passion for overseeing the construction process at various locations and ensures that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Bob Rice

Project Manager + Clerk-of-the-works

Bob is a commercial and residential construction project manager, a clerk-of the-works, and a construction superintendent with over 30 years of experience. He possesses extensive experience in all parts of the architectural phase, from design development to construction documentation. Bob has the ability to set goals and meet clients’ needs on a rigorous timetable.
